most of the people have to use computer whether they want or not. Believe me
you cannot ignore the computer’s effects on our life. You need to use it for work,
education even if fun at holidays so what can we should do? If we don’t stop or

suitable prices on e-Bay or other online store because it’s possible to find cheap
but you should be careful! You may damage yourself more if you buy poor quality
Chinese devices. Maybe your child will not born because of this. You have to be
sure that these
devices’ SAR value is suitable. I suggest you that search the device which you like and read blog posts, watch YouTube videos related to it. Than you may think to buy for yourself. Therefore, you will spend less time on the computer when using smart technology.

2- Use healthy things when you are
online: Experts recommend you that using waist pillow, mouse pad, laptop
holder, mouse which does not make you sweaty etc. These small things can be
save your life! Did you know that wrist disease? Believe me you are not
spider-man or other super-hero if you feel pain at your wrists. You may need to
be surgery for that too. I suggest you that use these comfortable things when
using computer. Also do not forget to distance between you and computer for
your eyes’ health too.
3- Know your computer and its settings:
For example, the place you have been there have so much lights. When increase
the brightness for your computer screen. It will be double disaster for you and
your eyes especially. You need to use basic colors for background for your
health and not distracting. For example, you can see my blog’s background image
